The Mabuhay Association Incorporated is a Filipino society based in Wellington. It promotes the welfare and well-being of Filipinos and promotes a mutual understanding between the Filipino community and other ethnic communities in New Zealand. In its 24 years of existence, the society has constantly promoted the history and culture of the Philippines to New Zealand through its various community activities and events. These activities fostered cooperation and friendship not only amongst the Filipinos but as well as with the local communities that these Filipinos considered their new-found home.
